At Heritage Academy, we prioritize a personalized learning experience for our students including group teaching time.

  1. Teaching Staff Composition:
    • Each campus is managed by a team consisting of one Supervisor and one or more Teachers and Monitors.
    • The Teacher plays a crucial role in facilitating students’ academic growth. They provide academic guidance, inspire students, and help them achieve their goals.
    • The Teaching Assistant (Monitor) focuses on non-academic needs and handles administrative tasks.
  2. Student-Centered Approach:
    • We foster self-management and self-directed learning among our students.
    • Our teaching approach includes maximum one-to-one coaching and targeted group teaching.
    • Every child has a dedicated workstation, promoting focus, concentration, self-control, and responsibility.
  3. Mastery Assessment:
    • Instead of periodic examinations, students undergo continuous assessment.
    • Assessment methods include Check-ups, Self Tests, and PACE Tests as they progress through each module.
    • To advance to the next PACE, students must achieve a minimum grade of 80% in their PACE Tests.
  4. Reporting and Communication:
    • Transcripts and/or Progress Reports are issued during Parent Conferences at the end of each semester.
  5. Academic Calendar:
    • Our school year begins in January and concludes in December.
    • We follow a four-term calendar, with each term spanning 10 weeks, totaling 40 weeks.
    • Classroom learning takes place from Mondays to Thursdays, while Fridays are dedicated to experiential learning through Co-Curricular Activities (CCA).

We are committed to providing an enriching educational experience that empowers our students to thrive academically and personally.
